Getting to New Street
By train or coach. Penzance station is the end of the line, and the bus station sits right beside it. Come out, head up into town along Market Jew Street, and New Street is on your left. It is a five- to ten-minute walk and you do not need a map for it.
By car. Aim for the harbour car parks on Wharfside — they are the largest nearby and only a few minutes on foot from the door. Street parking on and around New Street is limited and time-restricted, so the car parks are usually the faster option even though they look further away.
Once you are here. We are in the basement of the Old Telephone Exchange. Come 5 minutes early so you are not starting the clock out of breath — there is a briefing before you go in.
Open 10am to 10pm
Seven days a week, all year. Late slots are genuinely late.
Toilets nearby
None in the rooms themselves. The gallery upstairs and several spots on New Street are all about a minute away.
Dogs welcome
One of the very few escape rooms you can bring a well-behaved dog to.
Access
The rooms are in a basement reached by a flight of stairs, and one puzzle asks you to bend down low. Ring us before booking if you would like to talk it through.
